Affinch\u00e9 mantengano la propria occupabilit\u00e0, i lavoratori delle piccole e medie imprese devono essere attivamente coinvolti in percorsi di apprendimento permanente. I servizi di orientamento e consulenza di carriera svolgono un ruolo cruciale nel sostenere le decisioni sull&#8217;apprendimento (Cedefop, 2016). Per questo motivo, \u00e8 stato sviluppato un pacchetto di servizi di orientamento e sviluppo della carriera per i lavoratori poco qualificati delle PMI. Si tratta di un insieme di strumenti pratici che gli operatori e i formatori possono utilizzare quando forniscono servizi rivolti ai lavoratori poco qualificati delle PMI. Questi strumenti contengono attivit\u00e0 pratiche, griglie, questionari, liste di controllo, esercizi, quaderni di autovalutazione, ecc.
