Third international project meeting in Prague

At the beginning of November, from 4th to 5th November 2021, the third international meeting of the project consortium of the BECOMING: Continuous Growth and Innovation took place in Prague, Czech Republic, with the personal participation of the project partners from Italy, Germany and the Czech Republic. All the partners discussed the current progress in the outputs and, most importantly, the next steps in the project.

This two-days meeting primarily aimed at presenting the current observation of the attitude of low-skilled workers of small and medium-sized enterprises and best practices that resulted from the interviews with these employees, as well as with their employers and experts on the topic. Another important topic was the detailed design of a package of career guidance and development services for low-skilled employees, including user manuals for their operators.

Then the preparation and scheduling of responsibilities for the upcoming tasks followed, and the main organizational issues for the following output of the project were discussed. On behalf of the output, the second international educational activity will take place in the spring of next year in Prague again. At the end of the second day, all partners became familiar with the dissemination strategy of the project and the following additional activities. There was also a discussion of the necessary administrative matters.

Due to the current pandemic situation, all participants were very happy to meet in person and praised the productive work and very good communication within the project consortium. The next, already the fourth meeting of the international consortium is scheduled for June 2022 in Pescara, Italy.
