Project partners met for the second training activity

During the week before the Easter holidays, all partners of the BECOMING project, organized within the Erasmus+ programme, participated in the second international training activity in Prague.

During this week-long training, all participants had the opportunity to test the results of a package of career guidance and development services for low-skilled workers in SMEs. Subsequently, the upcoming tasks and concrete steps were elaborated and defined for the next project output, which will be a set of freely available materials and tools for individual career planning and development of these workers. For this purpose, the participants also discussed different methodological and pedagogical approaches, exchanged their experiences with useful online tools for creating training materials and had the opportunity to try out some of them themselves.

The training was very beneficial for all participants and the project partners are already looking forward to further cooperation on the project during the next international meeting of the project consortium planned for upcoming June.
