First project meeting in virtual environmnent

On the 22nd of November 2020, a kick-off meeting of the BECOMING project team took place. Due to the epidemiological situation, this project meeting took place in a virtual environment. The BECOMING project, on which we will work until the middle of 2023, focuses on developing a positive approach of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and their employees to lifelong learning.
At the beginning of the meeting, an application originally developed for “speed dating” was very interesting to get to know the project partners. Subsequently, critical organizational issues, the project’s main ideas, and its different outputs were discussed. This meeting was followed by the first transnational learning activity, consisting of 5 online pieces of training.
The project is funded under the Erasmus+ Programme, Strategic Partnerships in Adult Education. The project coordinator is the German organization RegioVision Schwerin, and the international team is complemented by professional organizations from the Czech Republic, Italy and Germany.
